Orders & Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been              shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

    Please note that processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or high-                                                     demand periods.

 Every piece is made with care and designed for everyday wear. Please double-check sizing and shipping details before placing your order.

Shipping

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated shipping times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by customers.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance. We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused and unworn items in original condition.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Items that are:

  • worn

  • washed

  • damaged after delivery

  • purchased on sale
    may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Product Appearance

Please note that colors and print placement may slightly vary due to screen                                      settings, lighting, and the printing process.

Minor variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.
